This is a very simple tip that may be obvious the first time you get blown up; however, during my first few days of playing I did not figure this out. As a capsuleer pilot you can warp around space in your pod by leaving your ship in the hanger. The benefit of podding around space for example would be if you purchased a new ship in another system, you can pod over to it and not have to leave your old ship in its place, thereby splitting your assets. As I mentioned, this is a pretty simple idea but easily missed because your capsule does not show under your hanger unless you leave your current ship.
